The library can accommodate sending small quantities of high-resolution digital images electronically for customers unable to visit the library.

Compliance Statement

I wish to order the following materials from the Burgert Brothers Photographic Archives. I understand that these materials are for private use only, and if they should be used later for commercial purposes, a credit line stating "Courtesy, Tampa-Hillsborough County Public Library System" must be printed or otherwise displayed along with each photographic image.

I understand that I assume any and all responsibility for complying with the above-mentioned statements and agree that the Tampa-Hillsborough County Public Library System is not responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damage from the use of these photographic images.
